Ubisoft has announced that Watch Dogs: Legion will be getting a new online mode next month as part of a free update. The online mode will include co-op multiplayer missions, a new PvP mode, and exclusive rewards. Two new single-player missions will also be available for those who own the Season Pass.
Watch Dogs: Legion Online Mode
The online multiplayer mode releases on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 for all Watch Dogs: Legion players across consoles and PC. Players will be able to team up with up to four friends to complete co-op missions that feature new co-op gameplay mechanics.
A new four-player co-op mode called Leader of the Pack will make its debut in Watch Dogs: Legion as part of the free update next month. This Tactical Op mode is comprised of five interconnected missions designed for players looking for a challenge. Teams must come prepared with a strategy before tackling this tough new mode.
The update also introduces Spiderbot Arena, the first PvP mode for Watch Dogs: Legion. In this mode, four players go head-to-head in a free-for-all deathmatch wielding armed spiderbots. You can watch gameplay footage of this fast-paced mode as well as the other online modes in the video above.
This is just one of many free updates Ubisoft has lined up for Watch Dogs: Legion players. Every player is granted access to all of the game’s upcoming free content updates, including new co-op missions, PvP modes, and free characters.
