Augmented-reality RPG The Witcher: Monster Slayer released today for iOS and Android devices, completely for free. To commemorate the game’s launch, developer Spokko has released a new live-action trailer to get players prepared for the hunt ahead. The full trailer is available below.

The Witcher: Monster Slayer is developed and published by Spokko, a member of the CD Projekt Red family. Monster Slayer is a location-based AR game set within the universe of The Witcher franchise. The game uses a player’s location, time of day, and other factors to populate their surroundings with hundreds of iconic monsters from The Witcher series.
The Witcher: Monster Slayer is available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play Store. Those who log in to the game before next Wednesday, July 28 will receive the Kaer Morhen Steel Sword for free. The weapon increases experience gained by killing monsters by 10 percent. You can find the shiny new sword in your in-game inventory after logging in.
