Slather on some sunscreen and get ready to hit the beach in The Sims 4: Island Living, arriving this summer.

During the EA Play 2019 livestream presentation today, the publisher revealed The Sims 4: Island Living, a new expansion pack coming this summer to The Sims 4. Today’s announcement confirms the leak from yesterday.

The Sims 4: Island Living takes players to the shores of Sulani, a seaside resort where players can partake in an assortment of beachy and aquatic activities, including swimming, diving, and snorkeling. You can have your Sims set sail on the open waters, go fishing, attend barbecues, or sit back to soak up the sun. According to The Sims website, Sims can also “engage in local culture” by learning about the island and the history of its inhabitants.

Sims looking for work this summer can find jobs as lifeguards or diving instructors. The more environmentally conscious Sims can even participate in conservation efforts, such as cleaning up local beaches. You can get a glimpse of all the fun in the sun in The Sims 4: Island Living reveal trailer, which we’ve embedded below.

Players on Origin PC and Mac get to dive into the expansion first on June 21, 2019. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players will get to embark on their tropical vacation a bit later when the expansion arrives for consoles on July 16. The expansion costs $39.99 ($35.99 for EA Access members) and is available for pre-order starting today. Of course, the expansion requires players to own a copy of The Sims 4, which is now available in the Origin Access Vault.

The Sims 4: Island Living is one of several game reveals shown today during the EA Play presentation. The news came alongside gameplay of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and the reveal of the next Legend in Apex Legends, Wattson.
