Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition Coming in January 2021

The Complete Edition will feature four-player co-op as well as all of the game's original DLC.

If you’ve been longing to play Ubisoft’s Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game since its departure, then we’ve got good news for you. On Monday, the publisher announced that the 2D side-scrolling beat ‘em up will be making a return next year as Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game – Complete Edition.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game – Complete Edition will release on January 14, 2021. The remake will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, and Ubisoft+ for $19.99. The Complete Edition will also be backward compatible on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game was originally released in 2010 alongside the film Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. The game was eventually delisted from digital storefronts a few years later, making it inaccessible to those who didn’t already own it. To commemorate its 10-year anniversary, the Complete Edition will come with all of the DLC from the original, including Knives Chau and Wallace Wells downloadable content.

Four-player Co-op Battles

Fortunately, players won’t have to face the League of Evil Exes alone. The Complete Edition will feature drop-in, drop-out local and online multiplayer. The game supports co-op play for up to four players, meaning you can invite three friends to join you in the mayhem. Players can team up for co-op Boss Rush and Survival Horror modes as well as PvP dodgeball matches and minigames.
