Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to download and play Outriders when the game launches on April 1, 2021. Game Pass subscribers can also play Outriders on Android phones and tablets through Xbox Cloud Gaming, which is currently in beta. Although Outriders is also releasing on PC, it appears the game will not be coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC.
A playable demo is currently available on consoles and PC that features the game’s opening prologue. Progress made during the demo will carry over into the full game, making this a great way to get a head start prior to launch.
Outriders launches on April 1 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PS5, PC, and Google Stadia. The game can be played solo or alongside two other players and will feature full crossplay support at launch, which should make it easier for players to team up with friends for co-op. The fact that the game is being added to Game Pass day one makes the subscription service that much more enticing. Stay tuned for more Outriders news and updates.
