Developer 24 Entertainment and publisher NetEase have announced the official release date for Holoroth, a brand new map coming to Naraka: Bladepoint. A new cinematic trailer called “Intersection” is also available further below.

Holoroth Map Showcase

Holoroth will introduce several new gameplay features to Naraka: Bladepoint, including dynamic weather systems that present new survival elements. In the snowy parts of Holoroth, players will need to seek out campfires to manage their body temperature and prevent overexposure. Likewise, Holoroth also has arid desert regions that will feature disorienting sandstorms.

Alongside its new weather effects, Holoroth will also include several interactive objects that players can use to gain an advantage during battle. Creeping vines and falling rocks are just a few of the new features players will be able to interact with.

The developers have created a nifty interactive Holoroth map that allows users on PC to get up close and personal with some of Holoroth’s new regions, which include the urban area Mehtaab, the Empyreal Village, and the City of Tang. New regions of the interactive map will be unlocked as the new cinematic trailer gains views, so be sure to check it out below to help achieve each milestone.

When Holoroth arrives in Naraka: Bladepoint on August 19, it will likely be accompanied by some sort of patch update. Be sure to check back here for the patch notes when they are available.
