Bloober Team has revealed the official release date for Layers of Fear, the newest installment to the psychological horror series of the same name. Players can prepare for the scares next month when Layers of Fear launches on June 15, 2023. Those looking for a brief taste of what’s in store can check out the game’s intro cinematic, which is available as a video on YouTube.

Layers of Fear will release for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store alongside PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. A new playable demo is available now on Steam for a limited time for those looking to try the game firsthand ahead of launch. The demo, which focuses on the game’s final protagonist, The Writer, will be available until May 22.

Layers of Fear was developed using Unreal Engine 5, which means the game supports Ray Tracing, HDR, and 4K resolution. The minimum and recommended PC system requirements are available in the infographic below.
