Today, Frontier Developments released a new developer diary video for Jurassic World Evolution 2 that delves into the process behind creating the sequel’s story. The video also covers Chaos Theory mode, a new game mode that lets players experience and play out iconic events from the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World films.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 Developer Diary #2
Jurassic World Evolution 2 takes place after the events of the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Players are responsible for tracking down dinosaurs and bringing them safely back to player-made facilities. New injuries and illnesses are among the various new challenges that players will have to contend with in their park.
One of the sequel’s newest additions is Chaos Theory mode. This mode allows players revisit key moments from the Jurassic World and Jurassic Park film franchise. This mode presents players with various “what if” scenarios based on the events of previous films. Iconic dinosaurs from the big screen will be featured in Chaos Theory mode scenarios as well, such as Indominus Rex from Jurassic World.
Prepare to wrangle some dinos when Jurassic World Evolution 2 releases on November 9, 2021. The game is available for pre-order for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
