Immortals Fenyx Rising – Myths of the Eastern Realm, the second DLC for Immortals Fenyx Rising, is now available across all platforms. The newest DLC offers a new hero, setting, and campaign that draws inspiration from Chinese mythology.
Myths of the Eastern Realm DLC Trailer
Developed by Ubisoft Chengdu, the Myths of the Eastern Realm DLC offers a new adventure with a self-contained story based on a Chinese myth called “Nuwa Mends the Heavens.” The new campaign follows the goddess Nuwa in her quest to restore the broken sky. Players take on the role of Ku, a new hero and last remaining human who is tasked with aiding Nuwa in her goal. Players will also learn a special fighting style based on Chinese martial arts and can test their new fighting skills on a slew of new monsters and enemies.
The expansion will still feature all of the puzzles, creatures, and open-world activities players expect from Immortals, with a new setting that has a unique vibe of its own. The Vaults of Tartaros have been replaced with Ruins of Heaven, ornate portals that contain challenging new environmental puzzles. New abilities, such as the Blades of Huang Di and Nuwa’s Agility, will help aid players as they solve puzzles and explore the new region. You can learn more about Ku’s abilities on the Immortals Fenyx Rising blog and can catch a glimpse of the action in the trailer above.
Immortals Fenyx Rising – Myths of the Eastern Realm is available now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch, PC, Stadia, and Amazon Luna. The DLC is a part of the Season Pass and is also available to those subscribed to the Ubisoft+ subscription service. Myths of the Eastern Realm can also be purchased separately for $19.99 and requires the base game. Find out what we thought of the game in our Immortals Fenyx Rising review.
