In F1 Manager 2022, players will take on the role of Team Principal, with the goal of leading their drivers and engineers to victory in two global competitions, the FIA Formula 1 Drivers’ World Championship and the FIA Constructors’ World Championship. Players will have a full 360-degree view of their squad, including car upgrades and driver contracts, according to a Formula 1 news release.
“There’s never been a better time to be a Formula 1 fan, and we’re excited to deliver a new way for F1 fans to immerse themselves in the biggest racing spectacle in the world,” said Game Director Andy Fletcher. “F1 Manager 2022 will deliver an experience for both new and long-term fans that is as authentic as it is exciting.”
F1 Manager 2022 will be the first entry in an officially licensed, multi-title series, based on the long-term agreement Frontier struck with F1. This will be Frontier’s first time developing an annual series of sports games. The series is expected to “evolve over time,” according to Fletcher.
F1 Manager 2022 releases in Summer 2022 for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Stay tuned to Guide Stash for more updates.
