F1 2019 is the newest in a long series of Formula 1 racing titles made by Codemasters. F1 2019 is jam-packed with new features, including one that has been requested by fans for a long time. That’s right, F1 2019 brings driver transfers to Career Mode.

Driver transfers will mostly occur at the end of each season, meaning those drivers who were once rivals could easily form an unlikely partnership or continue that rivalry. The possibilities are endless and will certainly surprise players along the way.

More features include 18 classic cars ranging from the 1970s to 2010, allowing players to celebrate the rich history of Formula racing.  Along with classic cars, players will be able to customize a 2019 regulation car in collaboration with Ross Brawn and Pat Symonds.

For players who love competition and strive to be the best driver, the F1 New Balance Esports Series hub is the home for F1 2019 esports news and events. The F1 Esports tab will show players when qualifying events take place, the worldwide standings, and official tournament rules.

Later this year, Codemasters is bringing the F2 2019 season in the form of a free digital download later this year. Also, Career Mode will start players in the F2 Feeder Series. This is a scenario based introduction that alters the outcome of the game based on the success, actions, and responses of the players.

The extra development time that Codemasters has put in is certainly paying off as a lot of these features are a first for the series.  F1 2019 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
