The long-rumored collaboration between From Software and George R.R. Martin, Elden Ring, gets its official reveal at the Xbox Briefing at E3.

From Software and George R.R. Martin have long been rumored to be collaborating on a new Dark Souls-esque title. At today’s Xbox Briefing at E3, Microsoft released the first official teaser trailer for Elden Ring.

The trailer doesn’t give away much, but the vibe is certainly dark and brings back horrors of the Dark Souls series. It will remain to be seen what George R.R. Martin brought to this project, but given the credentials of both parties involved, the hype train is leaving the station at full steam.

Stay tuned for more details on Elden Ring as E3 2019 continues.
