EA Sports PGA Tour Release Date Delayed

EA Sports PGA Tour Release Date Delayed

The game is no longer scheduled for Spring 2022, but could still arrive sometime next year.

Electronic Arts has changed the release date for their upcoming golf game, EA Sports PGA Tour. Initially expected to launch in Spring 2022, it seems that is no longer the release window.

According to a brief statement released on Wednesday, EA will be “shifting the launch date of EA Sports PGA Tour,” and that more information regarding its release will be revealed in the coming months. No reason was given for the shifted launch date.

Although the statement doesn’t specify a new release date, it is probably safe to assume that the launch has been pushed back rather than brought forward. However, EA Sports PGA Tour may still release sometime next year. We will have to wait until the next update from EA to find out.

EA Sports PGA Tour will feature all four major tournaments, including the Masters Tournament, the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open Championship, and The Open Championship. The game will also exclusively feature The Masters at Augusta National Golf Club. Details are limited, but you can find out more about EA Sports PGA Tour over on the game’s official website. Stay tuned for updates.
