Crytek has partnered with Saber Interactive to optimize the Crysis Remastered Trilogy for modern gaming systems. As such, the games are said to have have improved performance on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

“We’re excited to announce that these iconic Crysis games are returning in one bundle, remastered for a new generation of hardware,” said Steffen Halbig, Project Lead at Crytek. “Each game is enhanced to look and play beautifully on today’s platforms, delivering the finest Crysis experience for both newcomers to our classic franchise or players wishing to relive the adventure.”

According to Crytek’s blog post, the trilogy bundle will only feature the single-player segments of each game and will not include multiplayer. There has not been any word on whether multiplayer will be made available in the future.

The Crysis Remastered Trilogy will release later this year for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Since the first Crysis was already remastered for these platforms last year, the remasters for Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 will also be available separately.
