The Chivalry 2 Cross-Play Closed Beta is now underway and will be available all weekend long, according to developer Torn Banner Studios. Those who have digitally pre-ordered the game on either console or PC are guaranteed access to the closed beta this weekend.
The Chivalry 2 Cross-Play Closed Beta was initially going to wrap up on Monday, but the beta has since been extended due to an issue that prevented Xbox pre-order customers from accessing the beta today. The closed beta weekend will now conclude on Tuesday, April 27 at 10:30 a.m. ET. Those who pre-ordered Chivalry 2 can download the beta directly from the store of the platform in which it was purchased.
There is still time to pre-order Chivalry 2 and join the closed beta; even pre-orders made during the closed beta weekend will be granted access. Both the standard and special editions of Chivalry 2 are available to purchase on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store. The game supports free upgrades from current-gen to next-gen when upgrading within the same console family. During the closed beta, cross-play will be enabled by default, meaning players can enter battle with one another regardless of platform.
