Gamescom 2021 Xbox Stream Scheduled for August

The Xbox presentation will feature updates on Xbox’s upcoming titles and more.

Gamescom 2021 is almost upon us, and like most gaming events this year, gamescom will be an entirely virtual experience. Although there’s nothing quite like attending in person, this will at least allow fans from all over the world to attend the major gaming convention. Xbox is gearing up to host its own digital showcase ahead of the big event, according to an announcement today on Xbox Wire.

Gamescom 2021 Xbox Stream

The official gamescom 2021 Xbox Stream will take place on August 24 at 10:00 a.m. PT. The event will be hosted by Parris Lilly and Kate Yeager. The stream is said to feature updates for some of Xbox’s previously announced first-party and third-party titles. The showcase will also include new releases coming to Xbox Game Pass as well as titles coming to Xbox this holiday season.

Where to Watch

Those looking to watch the live showcase can tune in to the official Xbox channels on YouTubeTwitchFacebook Gaming, and Twitter. The stream will offer support for over 30 different languages. The opening night of gamescom 2021 will kick off the following day on August 25 at 11:00 a.m. PT and will be hosted by Geoff Keighley.

Bethesda Germany will also be hosting their own live showcase on August 25. You can tune in to Bethesda Germany’s broadcast on their main Twitch channel.

Xbox players can also look forward to the Xbox gamescom Sale, which starts August 25 and continues through the duration of gamescom. The sale will feature discounts up to 75% off of select titles, so this may be a good time to pick up any games you’ve had your eye on, or even grab a copy of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
