After having taken some time off, E3 2023 will be returning as an in-person event, according to the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) today. The ESA will be partnering with event organizer ReedPop to produce the week-long event in Los Angeles next year. ReedPop is known for putting together other popular industry events such as PAX, New York Comic Con, and the Star Wars Celebration.
E3 2023 will take place during the second week of June, according to the ESA’s announcement. No details were provided as far as what day the show will begin. However, E3 2023 will span across a full week and will feature all of the exclusive video game premieres and reveals expected from this iconic industry event.
“We are thrilled to bring back E3 as an in-person event with ReedPop, a global leader in producing pop culture events,” said Stanley Pierre-Louis, President and CEO of the ESA. “The past three years have confirmed that E3 convenes our industry like no other event. ReedPop brings world-class talent and a keen understanding of the video game industry, which will serve to enhance the E3 experience for years to come.”
Registration for E3 2023 will begin later this year, so be sure to stay tuned to Guide Stash for updates. Head over to the E3 website for more information on the upcoming event.
