E3 2023 Event Dates Announced

Next year’s E3 will have a new format that features separate dates for industry and public attendees.

E3 2023 will be back as an in-person event next year, according to an announcement today from the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). Although the gaming industry event will be returning to the Los Angeles Convention Center, E3 2023 will have a new format that features separate industry and consumer days.

E3 2023 Dates

The four-day expo will take place from Tuesday, June 13 through Friday, June 16, 2023. The first couple days of the show are separate business days designated for industry personnel to conduct interviews and go hands-on with games from various publishers. The E3 Business Days take place from June 13-15.  The event will then open to the public with E3 Gamer Days, which take place from June 15-16.

In July, the ESA announced it had partnered with ReedPop to organize the upcoming event. “E3 is one of the global gaming industry’s few opportunities to come together, unite as one loud voice, and show the world what it is creating,” said Kyle Marsden-Kish, VP of Gaming at ReedPop. “Our vision is to reunite the industry by re-establishing the traditional E3 week, bring back that spark, and restore E3’s role as a truly magical global showcase event for game creators and consumers.”

For those who can’t attend next year, E3 2023 will also support partnered digital events and livestreams starting on June 11 and continuing through the end of E3. Be sure to check back here for more E3 2023 news and updates.
