Pelican Location – Red Dead Redemption 2

To complete this challenge, you will need to find this bird in Red Dead Redemption 2.

The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is vast and several animals call this Wild West their home. While this certain animal loves the skies, it also loves being on the land. This guide will show you the Pelican location in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Pelican Location

There are several animals that players can hunt and are sometimes required to harvest for challenges. This is the case for players who venture into Red Dead Online. One Pelican-related Daily Challenge players may come across is “0/2 Pelicans plucked.”

Pelicans are just one of the many birds that can be found in Red Dead Redemption 2. These birds can be found along the eastern shorelines of several places. With that in mind, this guide will be focusing on one location that yields many Pelicans.

Opening up the map, players will need to set a marker to Quaker’s Cove, which is south of Blackwater. Heading to this location, players will need to be sure to travel along the cliffs. Once you find a Pelican, you will want to make sure to use a Varmint Rifle as it is the best weapon to use to ensure a kill while keeping the highest quality.

Upon obtaining your kill, players will receive Pelican Feather, Flight Feather, Exotic Bird Meat, and a Pelican Carcass. Feathers can be used for crafting arrows and the meat can be cooked and consumed to replenish cores. Completing the Daily Challenge will reward the player with a small bit of gold that can be used to buy items from the catalog.
