Red Dead Redemption 2 has an assortment of plants that are used to craft items and are a part of daily challenges in Red Dead Online. Some challenges will require you to pick plants such as Creeping Thyme. This guide will help you find the Creeping Thyme location in Red Dead Online.
Creeping Thyme Location
Some plants and herbs in Red Dead Redemption 2 can be consumed to refill certain stats like Dead Eye, and Creeping Thyme is one of them. Creeping Thyme is an evergreen sub-shrub with woody stems, small green leaves, and purple bell-shaped flowers. It can be found in thin soil near river banks, sandy soil, and near rocks.
The daily challenge “0/5 Creeping Thyme picked” is one of the many challenges players may come across after the daily reset in Red Dead Online. Since this plant can grow just about anywhere, there are several places where you can find it.
The two places where you can complete this challenge lie west of Valentine. In fact, both locations are on the word “Valentine” when you open your map. Once you have made it to Valentine, open your map and set a marker at the top of the first “N” just like in the picture above.
Opening your map again, set a marker just below the “L” and the “E”. Here you will find the rest of the Creeping Thyme you are looking for. Creeping Thyme can be consumed to replenish the Dead Eye core and can be used as a seasoning when cooking meat.
