How to Get Ash Hat Pikachu – Pokémon Sword and Shield

Ash Hat Pikachu variants are finally here in the Galar Region for Pokémon Sword and Shield.

A fan-favorite Pokémon has made its way to Pokémon Sword and Shield as a special variant. Trainers can finally have Ash Ketchum’s Pikachu. This guide will show you how to get Ash Hat Pikachu in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

How to Get Ash Hat Pikachu

Pokémon Sword and Shield is gearing up for the release of its next expansion, Crown Tundra, in a big way. Starting September 29, the Pokémon Company will be releasing codes for special variant Pikachus. These Pikachus are wearing none other than the hat Ash made famous in the anime. The Pokémon Company is no stranger to releasing variant Pokémon in games, as it has become a way for people to collect them.

Here is how Trainers can get to the menu and enter in the code:

  • Press X to enter the menu and select Mystery Gift.
  • Select Get with Code/Password and connect to the internet.
  • Enter the code/password.
  • The Pokémon will appear in your party or in your Pokémon Box if the party is full.

Here are the dates and codes for each Ash Hat Pikachu. This will be updated as more codes are released:
