Learn which beaches are lined with frozen fireworks in Fortnite to complete the Winterfest challenge.
We’ve almost reached the end of Winterfest in Fortnite, but there still a few new challenges to complete before the event wraps up. To ring in the new year, one of the challenges has players launching fireworks at several of Fortnite’s beaches. This guide will explain where to find and light frozen fireworks in Fortnite for players looking to snag the rare 2020 Glider.
Where to Light a Frozen Firework in Fortnite
For this challenge, players will have to visit one of Fortnite’s northern beaches. More specifically, the challenge states to “light a frozen firework found on beaches in Sweaty Sands, Craggy Cliffs, or Dirty Docks.” Since the instructions are right there in the name, you may find this task fairly easy to accomplish. Nevertheless, we’ve circled where you need to go to light a frozen firework in Fortnite.
You will find multiple frozen fireworks spaced out along the beaches near Sweaty Sands, Craggy Cliffs, and Dirty Docks. We chose to land at the latter location, just north of the main POI. It’s important to note that once a firework is launched, it’s gone. Luckily, you only need to launch one frozen firework to complete this challenge. Simply land fast, light the firework, and be on your way.
Once you have ignited a frozen firework found on the beach at one of the above locations, you will earn the rare 2020 Glider. There are still a few days left to complete any Winterfest challenges you may have missed, including searching ice boxes in Fortnite. Check back here for more Fortnite challenge guides!
