Fortbyte #72 – Found in Salty Springs
Fortbyte 72’s description is skimpy on the details. The clue simply says that it is found somewhere in Salty Springs, which doesn’t give players much to work with. That doesn’t mean it’s hard to find, however. If you’re pressed for time and want to know exactly where to find this Fortbyte in Fortnite, refer to the map below, where we have circled its location.
Fortbyte 72 is located on the north end of Salty Springs, not far from the Reboot Van in the middle of the street. Don’t bother going into any of the houses. Fortbyte 72 is floating in the windshield of a flipped red truck a few steps away from the Reboot Van. Search near the hood of the truck to find the hovering Fortbyte.
Unlike Fortbyte 7, this one doesn’t require the use of any emoticons or anything else. Fortbyte 72 should be available as long as you own the Season 9 Battle Pass, which you likely do if you are searching for Fortbytes at all. Simply collect the Fortbyte and complete the match normally to add it to your collection and reveal a new tile on the mystery image.
