The end of Season 9 is nigh, which means you’re probably working to finish the latest Overtime Challenges for some extra XP before the end of the season. Epic just rolled out three more of these challenges for players to complete. One such challenge says to dance at a monster skeleton in Fortnite, and doing so will reward you with the Quest for the Cup loading screen. We’ll show you where to go to dance at a monster skeleton and check off this Overtime Challenge in Fortnite.
Dance at a Monster Skeleton in Fortnite
This Overtime Challenge initially said to dance inside a holographic Durrr Burger head. However, if you’ve been keeping up with the weekly challenges for Season 9, this repeat challenge probably left you confused. The challenge has since been changed, and the new instructions are to dance at a monster skeleton in Fortnite.
For those who missed it, there was a massive battle in Fortnite last weekend. The robot that was being built in Pressure Plant faced off against a gigantic monster in a “Final Showdown” of epic proportions. The robot won out in the end, leaving behind the giant monster’s skeleton along with the Singularity Sword.
The giant monster fell in an open field just southeast of Neo Tilted. The massive skull with the sword sticking out of it is quite hard to miss, but we’ve marked the location on the map below to point you in the right direction.
To complete this Overtime Challenge, simply dance somewhere close to the monster skeleton and finish the match as usual. You’ll need to get pretty close to the skeleton for your dance to register for the challenge.
Once you’ve completed the dance at a monster skeleton challenge, you can move on to some of the other Overtime Challenges for Season 9. There’s still some time left to wrap up any remaining Battle Pass challenges as well, so be sure to browse through our other Fortnite coverage for details.
