If there’s one thing Destiny 2’s Shattered Throne needs, it’s a map. The first area in particular is a labyrinth of hallways, broken bridges, and floating islands. Thankfully, there is a talented player in the community who has whipped up an incredibly helpful map of the first area, Erebus.
Shattered Throne Map
The Shattered Throne is a difficult area to navigate, and that’s without considering its difficulty. Whether you’re tackling it for the first time, with a group of experienced players, or trying to solo it, a map of Destiny 2’s first dungeon is going to be a major asset.
The following image has been created by reddit user, osujds. This map is of the first area, Erebus. This section of the dungeon has players defeating enemies at specific points, which must be located using symbols. Challenge arises when you cannot remember where a symbol is located.
As you can see from the image, it clearly shows the various routes you can take to find any of the symbols. Instead of running aimlessly around the area, try and orient yourself according to the map. From here, you should be able to see the various landmasses and landmarks to help you find the next symbol.
For the vast majority of players, it’s going to always be difficult working out where to go in this area. The reason for this is that it’s only available every three weeks and there’s little reason to run it multiple times – unless you’re chasing specific gear.
While there are likely dozens of different maps, osujds’ is one of the best ones available. Now that you’ve got a helpful Shattered Throne map, all that’s left to do is clear the Erebus and move on to The Descent. Take a look at the Guide Stash Destiny 2 page for more helpful guides.
