Cold Denial God Roll – Destiny 2

The perks that make up the Cold Denial god roll in Destiny 2 can be yours with a little work.

The Legendary Pulse Rifle Cold Denial is a new weapon in Season of Arrivals. To get your hands on Cold Denial, you will need to obtain an Umbral Engram and decrypt it in the Annex with The Drifter. Once you have your new Pulse Rifle, you will want to check the perks to see if you have a god roll. These are the recommended perks that make up the Cold Denial god roll in Destiny 2.

Pulse Rifles in Destiny 2 are known to be great weapons to take an enemy out from a long distance. Cold Denial is just one of the many Pulse Rifles that can do just that. With distance in mind, let’s take a look at the recommended perks.  Our favorite perks are in bold, but any of the perks listed are ideal for a PvE God Roll.

PvE Perk Slot 1

Focusing on Handling and Stability will be the key for the first perk slot. Extending your Range isn’t a bad idea either.

  • Chambered Compensator: +10 Stability, +10 Recoil, and -5 Handling
  • Extended Barrel: +10 Range, +10 Recoil, and -10 Handling
  • Fluted Barrel: +5 Stability and +15 Handling
  • Polygonal Rifling: +10 Stability
  • Smallbore: +7 Range and +7 Stability
  • Corkscrew Rifling: +5 Range, +5 Stability, and +5 Handling

PvE Perk Slot 2

The second slot is all about Range and Stability.

  • Ricochet Rounds: +5 Range and +10 Stability
  • Flared Magwell: +5 Stability and +15 Reload Speed
  • Light Mag: +5 Range and +10 Reload Speed
  • Extended Mag: -20 Reload Speed and +30 Magazine
  • Appended Mag: +20 Magazine

PvE Perk Slot 3

There are only two perks to look out for in the third perk slot. Killing Wind will be your best perk for Slot 3.

  • Killing Wind: Final blows grant increased mobility, weapon range, and handling for a short duration
  • Feeding Frenzy: Each rapid kill with this weapon progressively increases reload speed for a short time

PvE Perk Slot 4

Having increased damage comes in handy, making the Swashbuckler the go-to perk for Slot 4.

  • Swashbuckler: This weapon gains increased damage from melee kills and kills with this weapon
  • Unrelenting: Rapidly defeating targets triggers health regeneration. Guardians and powerful combatants count as more than one kill
  • Multikill Clip: Reloading grants increased damage based on the number of rapid kills made beforehand
  • Sympathetic Arsenal: Reloading after a final blow also reloads stowed weapons.
