Crossbreeding flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons can make some lovely colors.

Flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons can come in a variety of colors. Some colors require you to crossbreed them to turn them into hybrid flowers. This guide will show how to create hybrid flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

How to Create Hybrid Flowers

Growing up I did not show any interest in botany and learned only what was required of me to pass classes. That has changed a little since playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In AC:NH, you can crossbreed the same species of flowers to make a hybrid flower and change its color.

To create hybrid flowers, you will need to plant your flowers in a checkerboard pattern on your island. The hybrid flowers will grow in the space that is left in between them. The key is to make sure your flowers are watered each day for the hybrids to grow. You will know they are watered when they sparkle.

Below you will find a list of all confirmed hybrid flowers that are currently available in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
